Our women’s group is designed to help you build confidence, deepen body awareness, and cultivate a healthier balance between mind and body in a supportive and nurturing environment. Through guided movement, breathwork, and connection with one another and nature, you will learn how to regulate stress, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with your inner wisdom and strength.

What Happens in Each Session
Each session begins with a gentle grounding practice and an introduction to the focus for the day. We begin by helping you reconnect with your body through simple breathwork and mindful mobility exercises that calm the nervous system and increase awareness.
From there, we move into guided somatic practices that support strength, balance, and emotional regulation. Sessions may include intentional movement, partner or small-group connection exercises, and time outdoors when appropriate. All practices are adaptable, allowing you to move at your own pace while honoring your body and staying connected to the group.
Some gatherings may incorporate structured sharing or reflective exercises to build trust, deepen presence, and foster authentic connection. The space remains supportive and judgment-free, encouraging openness, compassion, and mutual respect.
Each session runs for one hour and blends movement, breathwork, grounded conversation, and seasonal herbal themes that support women’s healing and restoration. At times, we may introduce calming herbal teas and subtle natural scents to gently awaken the senses. Through taste, smell, and mindful touch, these sensory elements are designed to help you slow down, become present, and deepen your connection to your body and the moment.
We close with a short integration period to support reflection and nervous system regulation. You’ll leave feeling centered, supported, and more connected to yourself.

Our sessions are intentionally structured to support balance, resilience, and meaningful connection in a nurturing and grounded environment. Here’s what each gathering may include:
- Setting Your Intention: We begin with a gentle grounding practice to help you slow down and arrive fully. You’ll be invited to set a personal intention for the session—whether that’s clarity, self-trust, emotional balance, or simply giving yourself space to breathe.
- Breath & Nervous System Regulation: Learn accessible breathwork techniques designed to calm the nervous system, increase awareness, and support emotional regulation. These tools are practical and can be integrated into daily life.
- Strength & Mindful Movement: Engage in guided somatic movement practices that build balance, coordination, and body awareness. Exercises are adaptable for all levels and emphasize connection, stability, and honoring your body rather than performance.
- Connection & Reflection: Some sessions include structured partner work or guided reflection to foster trust, compassion, and authentic connection. You are always invited, never pressured, to share and participate at your comfort level.
- Integration & Grounding: We close each session with a short integration period to anchor the experience. This helps you leave feeling centered, supported, and more aligned in both mind and body.
