couples breathwork class

This is a unique one-of-a-kind breathwork format.  In this format, you must bring in a partner or significant plus one.  Here at this breathwork session we  start with a brief introduction of your self and your relationship then you set your intent for being in the session.  Next we will demonstrate the breathing techniques and as needed go over several optional breathing techniques for the two, 2 hour breathwork sessions which you use as you breath deeply into the process together.  One session will be guided by the breathwork coach and the other will be more free-styling in breathwork with supportive coaching as needed for each couple.  Typically in this session some people may be experienced in breathing techniques and others might be in their first ever breathwork session.  Everyone is unique and different in this journey and we honor that.  When our breathworks is completed we will process and share our experience as a group.  Some of you may go deep into inner consciousness together as you hold mental and physical space with your partner and travel freely in somatic sensation and thought.  For others, you may just deepen connection and feel much more relaxed.  One of the beautiful pieces in this somatic process is that experience varies for each person and every experience.

We offer a format where you engage in moments of shared breathing that is complementary with your partner and also moments that are cyclical and polarized yet connected.  There is a purpose to our couples technical breathing styles to build deeper connection and intimacy using the flow of breath and togetherness.  We will also build in the process of breathing into the rhythm of the music and sounds provided in session from your breathworks coach.  This is truly a unique tailored experience for you and your significant other that may be a zeitgeist for intimacy, shared vision and purpose of your relationship.  Please call or send in a contact form for more specific information or any inquiry that you may have.

These classes combine guided breathing techniques with intentional practices that promote trust, emotional intimacy, and mutual growth. Through mindful breathing, we help couples unlock the natural power of their breath to strengthen their bond while enhancing physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
