A Supportive Space to Reconnect With the Body
Our Somatic Therapy sessions are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and restore a sense of safety and regulation in a calm, supportive environment.
This work focuses on the body’s lived experience rather than analysis or performance. You are not asked to relive stories or push through discomfort. Instead, somatic therapy gently invites awareness of physical sensations, impulses, and nervous system responses, allowing the body to lead the healing process.
Through consistent somatic work, many people experience improved emotional regulation, reduced stress responses, and a deeper sense of stability. Over time, this approach helps rebuild trust in your body and supports greater resilience in daily life.
Somatic therapy is not about fixing or forcing change. It is about creating space for the body to release stored tension and complete stress responses at its own pace.
Discover how body-based therapeutic practices can support lasting healing, balance, and a more grounded connection to yourself.

What to Expect in a Somatic Therapy Session
Each session offers a guided, body-centered therapeutic experience focused on awareness, regulation, and safety. Sessions are designed to move slowly and intentionally, allowing your nervous system to set the pace.
Sessions may include:
- Gentle awareness of physical sensations and body cues
- Grounding practices to support nervous system regulation
- Guided check-ins to notice comfort, boundaries, and internal signals
- Brief pauses to integrate shifts and support embodied awareness
Sessions unfold gradually, honoring your capacity and choice at every step. You are never asked to push through discomfort or revisit experiences before you are ready. Participation is always optional, and you are encouraged to listen to your body throughout the session.
To support a safe, connected, and intentional group experience, sessions are capped at 12 participants. You may attend once or return regularly, allowing trust, awareness, and regulation to build over time.
