Our men’s group is designed to help you build confidence, strengthen body awareness, and develop a healthier balance between mind and body in a supportive and grounded environment with other men. Through supportive group processes including but not necessarily limited to; group conversation and psycho-education, movement, mindfulness activity, breathworks, connection with nature, you will learn new ways to best regulate stress, be resilient, and reconnect inner strengths.

What Happens in Each Session
Each session begins with a brief mindfulness activity or grounding practice in coordination with an introduction to the focus for the day. We start by helping you settle into your body and mind and relax and nurture your framing of your context aiming on the focus for the group and your value-based intent.
Within the group we will have traditional talk therapy and mindfulness approaches to achieve our focus and intent for the session. As appropriate, we may move into guided somatic exercises that support strength, balance, and regulation. Practices may include intentional movement, partner or group connection work, and activity outdoors when appropriate. Every exercise is adaptable, allowing you to move at your own pace while staying connected to your body and the group. A
Some sessions may incorporate structured partner work or shared reflection to build trust, presence, and authentic connection. The environment remains supportive and judgment-free, creating space for honest growth and mutual respect. All groups are unique and even though there is a format to follow we will always do what is best for the group and individuals within the group to achieve higher levels of mental wellness and optimal well-being.
Each Men’s group session runs for one hour or an hour and half and is designed to help you release tension, increase resilience, and develop a stronger sense of internal balance and strength used to achieve your value-based goals.
We close with a short integration period to support reflection and nervous system regulation. You will leave feeling steady, clear, and more connected to yourself.

What to Expect in the Men’s Group
Our sessions are intentionally structured to support balance, strength, and connection in a grounded and supportive environment. Here’s what each gathering may include:
- Setting Your Intention: We begin with a brief grounding practice to help you slow down and arrive fully. You’ll be invited to set a personal intention for the session—whether that’s clarity, resilience, presence, or stress reduction.
- Breath & Nervous System Regulation: Learn simple breathwork techniques designed to calm the nervous system, increase focus, and improve emotional regulation. These tools are practical and can be applied outside of group sessions.
- Strength & Mindful Movement: Engage in guided movement practices that build balance, coordination, and body awareness. Exercises are adaptable for all levels and emphasize control, stability, and connection rather than performance.
- Connection & Reflection: Some sessions include structured partner work or guided discussion to strengthen communication, accountability, and mutual respect. You’ll have space to reflect, share if you choose, and learn from one another.
- Integration & Grounding: We close each session with a short integration period to anchor the experience. This helps you leave feeling steady, clear, and more aligned in both mind and body.
