Wesley Dapkus is the co-founder of Pangea Somatic Therapy Breathworks and More and founder of the White Oak Institute for Growth and Wellness. He is a nationally certified licensed clinical professional counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist in Illinois. He holds an advanced certification in Somatic Therapy. Wesley’s core values are family and helping others, driving his commitment to aiding individuals through their pain and challenges. Wesley came up with the idea of Pangea as a means to provide a platform for small groups to achieve deeper self enrichment and empowerment through innovative dynamic practices.
At Pangea, Wesley’s passion is to do retreats and breathworks classes for groups of individuals or couples. Wesley also engages in meditation and mindfulness classes, somatic therapy sessions, and a few other endeavor here at Pangea.
Graduating cum laude with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University in California, Wesley enjoys family time, nature, sports, travel, humor, and cultural events.
