Dates: April 4 & 18, May 2 & 19, June 6, August 8 & 22, September 5 & 19, October 3 & 17 November 7 & 21, December 5 & 19, 2026.
How Often & Time: Every 1st and third Saturday of the month starting April 4th 8am to 10:45 am (2 hours 45 minutes) No sessions on June 20th and resume back on August 8th.

Cost: $95 per person
Our Individual Breathwork sessions are designed to help you reduce stress, enhance self-awareness, and foster personal growth in a most supportive and mindful environment.
Individual breathwork sessions combine breathing techniques with intentional practices to promote relaxation and clarity. The breathing techniques help foster emotional resiliency, regulation, and balance while promoting clarity of present moment awareness. In addition to introducing several techniques we will utilize evidenced-based two chamber breathing techniques as a grounding process in an effort to cycle through rhythmic breathing in line with the music. In your breathwork session you may have a profound experience, however you may not, and that is okay too as everyone is different and gains something from the experience even if you are trying this for your first time. These sessions will close when 12 people have signed up to ensure spacial comfort and ease of breath.

What to Expect in a Breathwork Class
Our classes are thoughtfully designed to guide you through a transformative journey of connection and shared growth. Here’s what each session includes:
- Setting Your Intention: Begin with a moment of reflection to set a meaningful intention for the session, aligning your energy and focus.
- Guided Breathing Practices: Explore a variety of breathing techniques tailored to deepen your connection and promote relaxation:
- Breath Holds: Practice holding your breath for up to 90 seconds to build resilience and awareness.
- Deep Breathing: Engage in intentional deep breaths to release tension and center yourselves.
- Two-Chamber Breathing: Experience rhythmic, ocean-like breathing patterns to foster calm and harmony.
- Reflect and Connect: Conclude each session with a guided review, sharing insights and experiences to integrate what you’ve learned.
