Natalie Dapkus is the co-founder of Pangea Somatic Therapy, Breathworks and More. Natalia’s core values are family and helping others through internal struggles and pains to become the best and truest form of self. Natalia aims to help her patrons cultivate present moment intentionality, emotional excellence, and a sense of belonging and support within their value dynamics and community. Natalia offers therapeutic practice for you in somatic group and individual therapy, women’s support and specialized groups, and a few other endeavor.
Natalia uses evidenced based best practices when it comes to Somatic Therapy for her groups and individuals at Pangea. In other endeavor here at Pangea, Natalia employs a variety of practices gained from years of attending women’s groups and other psychological trainings and cultural events in both South and North America. Natalia enjoys challenges and is willing to “think outside of the box” and be “crafty” in helping persons heal and enhance their functionality and wellness.
Natalia graduated with a Bachelor’s In Education Degree from Universidade Sao Palo, Brazil and completed her psychology degree at Trinity Christian College in Palos, USA. Natalia enjoys her family, reading, attending cultural events, and the cycling of the four seasons in Chicago.

“I like to travel and visit with family and friends. I enjoy gardening, reading, and attending cultural events. My favorite place to visit in the United States is Wisconsin and my favorite place in Brazil is Natal or otherwise affectionately known as South Miami since its on the Northernmost edge of Brazil and has hundreds of miles of beach!”
